Frequently Asked Questions
How do I install or add ISAC Bot to my Discord server?
You'll need administrative permissions to add ISAC bot to your Discord server. Click here to add ISAC Bot.
What are the available commands?
You can view the list of commands here. There's also a !help command to view the available commands in Discord.
Why can't I see anything after issuing a command?
If nobody is able to see anything, it's likely a permission issue. Verify that ISAC has the ability to read and send messages in the channel.
If only certain members are having problems, make sure User Settings > Text & Images > Link Preview is checked in their individual Discord's settings.
How do I make it work for Playstation (psn) or Xbox (xbl)?
Issue the command !platform psn or !platform xbl to set the respective platform for your Discord server. The command only works when issued from a user that has administrative rights.
What if I have agents from different platforms together in my Discord server?
If your Discord server has agents from different platforms, they can register or look up the stats of agents from any platform by specifying the platform before a username in all commands. E.g. !register psn xenodus or !agent xbl xenodus or !weapons uplay xenodus
Why doesn't it show LMG, Assault Rifles, Marksman Rifle and only Rifles under !weapons?
Unfortunately, the data that's available through Ubisoft Club's website is very limited at the moment and that's all we got. Hopefully, they'll have a breakdown on "Rifles" and other weapon archetypes soon.
What is special about ISAC?
Aside from the raw stats which are also obtainable through Ubisoft Club site, ISAC also provides various leaderboards to foster friendly competitiveness among your members. There are daily, weekly and monthly breakdown of clan exp earned among your members to assist in clan moderation. Clan exp breakdowns are calculated by comparing daily snapshots of account level clan exp earned.
